We had a great first day of sailing on the James River. We welcomed 8 teams with the traditional canon firing for the captains meeting and then moved quicky into racing for the day. In the first couple of sets we had high winds, which made for some exciting races. We were able to get 6 races done in each division on Saturday.
Sunday was another great day of racing, and it featured slightly less wind than Saturday. We raced 4 more races in each division to complete the round robin. Congratulations to CNU for winning the 2026 Spring Open! Thanks so much to all of the teams for joining us and to all of the volunteers that helped make it happen. It was a great regatta!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
