ICSA / ISSA SCORING PROGRAM REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) and Inter-Scholastic Sailing Association (ISSA) invites the submittal of proposals to provide on-demand website programming and support services. These services shall commence after a contract is approved by ICSA and ISSA.
