Six teams traveled to compete in the SAISA Top 6 Invitational hosted by USF. The three divisions raced together, allowing the fleet to sail with 18 boats on the line. Racing began at 10am with breeze from the SSE at 5 knots. As the day went on, the incoming tide became stronger down the course, creating some light chop. Two races were sailed in five knots, with the third becoming shifty as the wind dropped to four knots.
The second set of the day saw more variation with winds from four to six knots and 20 degree shifts, ranging from SSE to SSW. For the final three race set, competitors saw puffs up to 11 knots, a shift to the west, and a few course changes before heading in for a break at 2:30. Storms followed, and lightning kept teams off the water for the remainder of the day. Thank you to Jon Faudree for acting as SAISA Rep and the USF Bulls for hosting the event.
There were no protests or breakdowns filed.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
