Cary Price

Day 1 of the Cary Price Memorial regatta started with a wind delay. We were held on land until about 12:30, when the breeze filled. We saw conditions of 4-7 knots and lots of rain all day. We were able to complete 6 total races and we will hopefully get a similar number of races in on day 2.

Day 2 of the Cary Price Memorial Regatta started on time with the first warning at 9:30. The conditions were 5-9 knots with even more rain. We were able to get through race 6B, completing 3 rotations by the cutoff time of 1PM.

Congratulations to the University of Michigan Blue team for finishing 3rd, Texas A&M University for finishing 2nd overall, and the University of Wisconsin for finishing 1st overall.

Thank you to all the teams for attending despite the rainy conditions. Also, thank you to Bill Vogel and Brian Rebain for running an incredible regatta, and thank you to all of our volunteers assisting with mark set and photos.
