Unfortunately due to strong winds and shifts, fleet was sent in after numerous capsizes and damage to the fleet. No races were able to be started. Racing was cancelled for the day with forecast not improving until late in the evening.
Thank you to all coaches and support boats for help keeping all athletes safe.
Day 2 of the WAC Team Race started and ended with great conditions. Breeze 10-12 stable out of the ESE provided great conditions for team racing. Congrats to Michigan on the win and SUNY and Fordham on a close 2nd and 3rd.
Thank you to all Fordham Athletes for supporting the event, as well as SUNY extras for helping out on RC and Finish boats.
