Racing commenced at 0945 in 18-25 knots from the SW. Conditions throughout the day were up and down, anywhere from 8-12 knots, to puffs in the 30s. The last two flights were sailed in 6-9 knots from the West.
43 races were completed thanks to CHump Christine Accettella and crew. Start time on Sunday will be pushed back to 1000 due to an unfavorable temperature forecast. One request for redress will be heard at 0930.
A chilly morning welcomed sailors to the ODU Sailing Center. Boats launched in a 10-15 knot WNW'rly and finished the second round robin. The third round was scrapped for time restrictions and a final four was sailed with Cornell taking the win followed by Georgetown, Charleston and Navy.
