Six teams arrived at Lake Virginia for the SAISA Spring Women’s Invite today. Three sets of three were on deck with 8-10kts NNE at first warning. The second and third rotations had NE 10-15kts. The racing was dynamic off the starting line and tactically challenging for much of the group. Jacksonville A ended the day with low-point in combined divisions after stringing together five wins to close the regatta. This performance carried the Fins up the podium with the Tars in second and USF in third.
Special thanks to Hilton Kamps ’25, Jackson McGeough ’25, Sam Frushone ’27, and Harris Thorne ’27 for supporting the event as RC.
S/O Angelina Khourisader ’23 who was recognized on Senior Day.
