Wind started ten to 12 from the SW filling under the bridge, but clocked around to S throughout the day. It built to 12 to 15 in the middle of the day, and there was persistently more pressure on the right side of the first upwind and left side of the final beat. For the last few races the wind was back down to a steady 10 knots. An incoming tide helped competitors stay behind the start line all day and racing was efficient. A big thanks to competitors for working with us to accommodate the shooting of parachute flares by the Safety at Sea course. The Race Committee was comprised of Scott Booth RWU ’16 and Emmett Nevel ’25 with additional undergrads: Katie McGagh '26, Demetry Spinola '26 and Alp Akin '27.
