Adverse weather conditions prevailed with strong winds reaching the upper teens and gusts into the twenties. These challenging conditions, coupled with cold air and water temperatures, posed significant challenges for the fleet. Despite the best efforts of sailors and organizers, no races were able to take place throughout the day.
Day two of the regatta saw improved sailing conditions with winds ranging between 8 to 15 knots, occasionally bolstered by gusts in the low twenties. Despite the wind shifting 90 degrees from northwest to northeast around noon, and later reverting to back by 2 pm, Race committee managed to conduct five races for each division. Sailors enjoyed a picturesque day on the water, marked by ideal sailing weather.
