A rainy and cold day on the Potomac River led to great sailing conditions. Two full round robins were sailing in NW wind of 5-14mph. Races were all very close and many werent decided until the finish line. Racing began at 10am and ended at 320PM.
Beautiful weather but no wind at all. Racing was called when it was determined there was not enough time to run a 3rd round.
Thanks to all the Georgetown and GW undergrads and grads for helping to run races especially PRO Rebekah Morrison.
Thanks also to our great group of umpires Pete Fanta, Nelson Pemberton, Gene Kendall, Nelson Jack Reiter, Gwynie Dunlevy, Marley Mais, JP Panarella, Nathaniel Winters
