Cold, rainy, and frankly fairly miserable day in Port Jefferson. Racing by started at 10am. Extremely shifty Easterly wind was lighter than expected, allowing us to get in 4 A races and 3 B races before a capsize that needed assistance and the forecast for conditions to get worse, racing was called a little after 1pm.
Gorgeous conditions on Sunday made up for the previous day. Bright sun, temperatures into the 50’s, and a shifty and puffy Westerly breeze that ranged from 8-25 made for great racing. The remaining races were all completed a bit after 2pm. 10 races in each division were sailed. Congratulations to Webb for the win! Thank you to all the SBU team members who helped throughout the weekend on RC, safety/mark boats, and land duty. As always, thank you to the Port Jefferson Yacht Club for letting us host.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
