Best wind among NEISA venues today with NNW 5-15. It was shifty from WNW through N. 36 races were completed by 3:30 with protests going until 4:00. No breakdowns or re-sails.
Big thanks to judge Fred Hagadorn, Tufts class of 1982 and one of the developers of three-minute justice.
Big thanks to the race committee; Annecy Kagen'26, Nic Echarte'25, and Thomas Mazzeo'26.
Plan for tomorrow is to run a bottom three consolation round and a top-six gold round. If time permits, there could be a final four round as well but that will depend on the East wind filling in early enough.
PRO: Ken
Wind from every possible direction at zero to seven knots. With a steady East wind on Boston Harbor adn the Charles River, we sent the fleet out at 1:15 when an East wind filled in. It didn't last, like every other puff. It went NE, NW, West and died by 2:10. Not enough time left to complete any rounds, consolation or otherwise, regatta called at 2:00.
Thanks again to Fred Hagadorn'82 for how presence as a judge and to the undergrads for trying to set a course.
