Crab Bank delivered some quality team racing conditions today. The wind was from the north and the tide was slack as the sailors arrived to the racing area. The wind quickly veered NW as the tide began to ebb. We completed 56 races & had no breakdowns. The wind was shifty @ 7-12 knots and the current was a factor.
The RC, umps, sailors, extras and coaches headed back to crab bank to complete round two and a final four. All races were sailed on the College N course and we had no break downs. Winds were SE at 12-15 knots with a hight tide in the mid morning. Many thanks to Chip Till and his team for running the race management and Jeff Woodard and his team for keeping things fair. Congratulations to Coast Guard for the win.
