What looked to be a rather nautical day out on the Salt Pond turned into prime conditions for some excellent yachting. After a quick briefing each team made their way south to the course area and racing quickly commenced. The first few races featured some strong gusts that made for interesting mark roundings, but the breeze subsided to a more manageable 12-15 for the remainder of the day. Despite the conditions, only a few masts hit the water. Many thanks to the URI squad for their work in race management, as well as UNH coach Diana Weidenbacker for running an additional safety boat in these conditions.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
