A delightful Spring day in Cambridge with temps in the low 40s and dropping through the 30s with brief downpours and occasionally just plain rain. Lot of fun with a complete Round Robin followed by expedited protest hearings and sail offs for tie positions. The Tufts Jumbos sailed to 7-1 and took the day with sailors Patrick Mulcahy '23, Cali Salinas '23, Trevor Davis '24, Henry Tindall '25, Connor Sheridan '22 and Harper McKerrow '23. Brown won their sail off race with URI to win second place overall.
Many thanks to Paige Omura who assisted with finishes and kept scoring updated. All of the coaches participated in hearing protests along with sailors. Wally Corwin kept everything organized with the boats and everyone enjoyed themselves despite the nippy conditions. No racing tomorrow.
