It was a beautiful sunny day on the river, with 9 races after a postponement in the morning. Light wind filled over the course of the day. Thanks to our GW sailors who worked the event, especially Islay Van Dusen and Mike Ehnot who set courses and made race/wind decisions.
It was a warm Sunday on the Potomac. We got off 5 solid races in some tough conditions. The breeze was light, inconsistent, and shifty. The sailors showed patience and tenacity as they raced. As a wise sailor once said “The Potomac can work in cruel and mysterious ways” - Jack Fisher 25’. Thank you to everyone who came and sailed!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
