It was a warm and breezy day on the water. Temps in the low 80s and a southerly breeze of 12-23 knots kept racing exciting throughout the day. In the end three full round robins were completed, with the competition exceptionally close. The Jacksonville Fins took home the victory, winning a tie-breaker over the Tulane Green Wave on head-to head record, and only one win ahead of the Tulane Angry Wave.
Many thanks to Assistant Coach Mariah Leffingwell for running 45 terrific races, and to the teams that traveled to compete in the first Team Race regatta of the 2021 season.
