9 races were held in typical Salt Pond conditions, a beautiful 12-18 knot SW breeze. All races were finished in 3 1/2 hours as we were looking to see if this was a feasible way to run the regatta with no lunch or bathroom breaks, the teams attending all seemed to like the idea.
The regatta is named for Geoff Ewenson, a 1994 graduate of URI who made an impact in local, national and international sailing circles. Sadly, Geoff was struck down last fall from a heart issue and though he is lost to us and his families in Newport, Annapolis and URI, his spirit will live on. To you, Geoff.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
