One round robin was completed in a shifty W/WNW breeze ranging from 4-14 knots. Thanks to coaches from umpiring races, CGA sailors for running the show and URI Coach Moose McClintock for hearing one protest. Looks like a decent forecast for tomorrow and we hope to expedite racing better than today.
A shifting north westerly provided intense racing on the Thames. Puffs dropped off the Academy anywhere from 15-20 and the light spots provided pronounced strategic opportunities. For the 8 teams in attendance the sun was a welcome sight in the dynamic conditions.
A big thank you to the Cadets who ran 56 races this weekend and started their seasons off strong.
