We had a great day of racing in the river today. North breeze of 10-20 knots greeted the sailors this morning and we were able to run 10 sets without a breakdown or protest. Temps rose and breeze dropped throughout the day. Big gains were found by those who stayed in phase with the long oscillations that prevailed. Charles Higgins acted as the ICSA Rep. We look forward to another day of beautiful Charleston Harbor racing tomorrow.
With lighter winds RC decided to move the course onto crab bank where they successfully completed 6 races in each division. Shifts came in from both sides making for dynamic racing with a few reshuffles throughout the day. CofC’s coed team defended their turf against a solid Wisco effort to secure the victory. No protests or redresses were filed.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
