Today had a slow start; the teams did some bonding on the beach while the bay remained wind-less until 11 am. As the breeze started to fill we began races around 12 and we had a beauty day of sailing. Sunny weather and wind of about 3 knots, everyone had a positive attitude and great spirit. The last race of the day was abandoned due to a severe lack of wind once again.
Today had a light breeze all day, more consistently than saturday, and we managed to get 7 races off. Some great racing and tight finishes made for an exciting day on the water. A total of zero capsizes occurred, and was an overall beauty day to wrap up the largest Western Canada Cup yet!
