It was a beautiful breezy day on the St. Mary's River! Ten races were sailed in each division. PRO Lizzie Dennison with help from the Seahawks did a masterful job cranking out W-4's with a pin boat. NW winds of 15-18 dropped gradually throughout the day to 6-10 at the end of racing. There were several capsizes and one protest. In a classic Ivy match up, Harvard leads rival Yale by five points heading into Sunday.
After a lengthy postponement, a wild and shifty westerly filled in allowing 4 more races in each division. Yale went on a tear to win the SMC Women's.
