Sailors were greeted with a 8kt Westerly Saturday morning. Following the skipper's meeting, sailors launched and got into racing. With a strong river current, the conditions were tricky but the breeze held throughout the day, allowing Race Committee to run three A and B rotations. Races were called in the early afternoon due to lightening breeze.
Sunday morning brought light winds that built throughout the morning. The conditions brought large waves and consistent puffs throughout the course. The Race Committee got two full A and B rotations off by noon. Unfortunately, a local storm on the Washington side of the river brought a Northerly that did not allow any racing. Racing was called at 3pm after a successful second day.
