A very tough day of sailing and race management on the Rivah Charles. I would quote McCroskey from Airplane but it would be inappropriate. Airplane fans know what I mean. The breeze averaged from the Northwest but at times was West and at times Northeast. Velocity ranged from 1-20 knots. 8 C and 6 A and B races were completed. Courses were inner and outer trapezoids. A huge thanks to Hugh Dougherty and Colin Santangelo who helped make many mark moves to try to keep up with the shifts. A big thanks also to Laura from MIT on scoring, Wally Corwin from MIT on the dock and all of MIT for the resources.
Another tricky day for you. Northwest on average but shifting 50 degrees to either side. Much lighter wind today, ranging from 0 to 15 knots. Inner and outer traps were sailed. We milked that cantankerous sow of a wind for all we could. Many thanks to Sailing Master Fran Charles for many mark moves, Wally Corwin for controlling the dock with authority, Matt Lindblad for repping and Lisa Van Der Sluijs for scoring. Congrats to the BU Terriers for pulling it out as the curtain closed.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
