The regatta got off to a slow start as we had a very light Northeast breeze all morning. Racing started promptly at 10:00, and although A's completed 1 set, B's had to come in during the middle of theirs due to low wind. After lunch, however, the wind started to pick up and we were able to complete three full rotations total. We had great weather all day, and everyone used the free time to enjoy the beautiful sun!
The weather this morning was a bit chillier, and although the forecast had predicted light wind, we were able to start racing right on time in the morning. We completed two full rotations in patchy wind - sometimes getting out to full hike, sometimes just bobbing around in the waves! Congratulations to the Minnesota Gophers 1 for earning first place overall and in B division, and to UW-Milwaukee for their first in A division! Thanks to all the schools that attended and to our volunteers Tony Green, Hans Vroege, Alison Kent, Eric Villadsen, Evan Finley, and Ce Chen. Finally, thanks to our PRO Stu Oltrogge for running great races and making the whole regatta a success!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
