24 races were completed. Races 1-4 were sailed in wacky conditions, and then the wind shut off. It filled in due East for the rest of the races. Thanks to the undergrads who helped out today.
36 more races were completed in a WACKY westerly, with highs in the teens and lows at 1. The first round robin was completed with a tie for first and a three way tie for third. Following protests, two sail-offs were held-- a best of three sail-off between Tufts 1 (Jumbos) and Brown, and a three team round robin for third through fifth between Dartmouth, Roger Williams, and Tufts 2 (Jumbalaya). Congratulations to the Jumbos for winning on their home field, taking the sail-off 2-0 vs Brown.
Thank you to Scott Barbano, Tufts '17, for scoring all weekend, and Pierre du Pont, Tufts '16, for doing finishes. Thank you to the rest of the Tufts undergrads for helping with rigging and de-rigging our new Jumbo larks. Thanks to everyone for coming.
