A very chilly morning with abundant sunshine was bearable with the 1030 report time. Racing got underway at 11 with 3 flights, snack break, another 4 flights, a break and repeat again for another round robin. Racing was very tight and the Charles River was everything from westerly to northerly but raceable all day. Only a few protests were heard by the coaches who were also on the water all day, too.
Joe Zambella and Mark DeShong were very helpful with keeping the boats perfectly functional and helping finish the 52 races which were completed. Schedule is for another late report time and maybe another round of 28 races on tap.
With all eight teams sailing in 14 races Boston College has only lost twice. Everyone was reminded to bring their mittens for tomorrow's snow.

Boston College went undefeated on the final round robin today and went home as victors of the Ike Geiger Trophy. Breeze was stiff to begin with but eased up and bounced right as the day progressed. Sailors enjoyed the efficiency of not rotating boats and got on the road after a slew of expedited hearings were held at the end. Many thanks to all of the coaches who assisted as well as Ian Campbell in the finish boat.
