Although everyone was prepared for a day of very light wind sailing, all were surprised to sail to the course on Crab Bank in a nice 6-10mph nw breeze. We were even more surprised when the breeze held but for a brief lapse during races 9 and 10.
All 11 races were completed by 3:30 and both divisions had their turn in the Fj's and 420's.
Though there was some serious outgoing current and challenging shifty breeze the racing was still quality.
Congrats to the Cougars for the overall win and the Usf Bulls for second.
Thanks to the Cougar race management team of Beka Schiff, Reed Baldridge, Ali Blumenthal, Jake Reynolds, Chase Shaw, Charlotte Saxe,Grace Adam and Ned Goss.
Finally, Thanks to all 11 schools for competing!
