The top 10 teams from SAISA met at Jacksonville university today and were greeted with a sunny 80 degree temperature with 5-8 knots out of the north. 2 A division races and 1 B division were completed befor the sea breeze tried to fight it's way in and made things to unstable to race. By 2:15 teams were back on the water in 5-10 knots out of the east. 6 races in each division were completed by 6:00 pm. USF holds a lead over Charleston Special thanks to Karl Stroble and the legendary Dick Alsapp for running races along with the entire JU sailing team
Racing continued on Sunday for the SAISA co-ed dinghy championships in a 5-8 knots southerly. 4 races were completed 2 in each division before the breeze began to dissipate. A 9th race was sailed in A division but the breeze completely died and B-division never made it off shore, so the 9th race was dropped. Congratulations to the 2014 Champs USF and to the other five semi-finals qualifiers: CofC, Eckerd, Jacksonville University, Clemson and New College. Special thanks to the entire JU sailing team who gave up the weekend before finals to help make this regatta a success. It also would not have been such a great event if not for Tim Monahan, Karl Strobel and Dick "the Ledgend" Allsopp

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
