Owen, Mosbacher and Knapp Trophies

Summary

Saturday, April 12:

Racing started at 10:30. A Sailed in the new Z420's and B sailed in FJ's. All races were W4's. Four races were sailed in both divisions before lunch in a nice SSW 5-10 knots. After lunch one race was sailed in each division before the breeze completely died and Long Island Sound glassed off during race 7A. Race 7A was abandoned. Two plus hours later, while the fleet patiently waited on the water, the Southerly filled back in to get two more races off before dinner. Races 7 and 8 were sailed in 6-11 knots. Meredith Killion '05 and Drausin Wulsin '07 were on the water judges and a great mark boat. Thanks you!! And Thanks to the Yale team for helping out today.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
