Report time was postponed until 10AM to allow the ice to melt and the temps to rise above freezing. We ran one round robin in the Lagoon with SE winds about 5-8mph. No protest or breakdowns.
After a quick lunch break we ran the second round out in the river. Winds were light about 4-8MPH from the SSW. The wind died completely as the last race of the 2nd round finished. No protests.
Sailor arrived to warmer temps but no wind. We rigged up and waited for the wind to come in. Around 1130 we had a small puff from the NE so we went out and set up the course. We started one race before the breeze shut off again. The regatta was called off at 1 when we realized we could not finish the third round in time.
