Eleven teams arrived at the Magnuson Resort in south St. Petersburg, site of the 2013 College Nationals.
Racing began in a post-frontal northeasterly, shifting to an easterly, which was forecast to die by early afternoon, which it did. Racing was halted, with a brief lunch break on shore until 2:15 pm.
A building 8-12 knot seabreeze (westerly) then filled in, and racing resumed in very flat water. All races were trapezoids, with "A" division sailing the "O" outer course in USF FJ's, and "B" division sailing the "I" inner course in Eckerd FJ's. All twelve races were completed by 5pm.
No protests or breakdowns filed.
Thanks to Eckerd for providing mark set and coach boats, and to both USF and Eckerd sailors and coaches for their help on and off the water.
Congratulations to College of Charleston for their victory, followed by hosts USF and Eckerd, then Florida, Miami, and Georgia Tech, all of whom qualify for the College National Semi-finals.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
