It was a very shifty north westerly wind that was generally 7-9 knots. The fleet sailed through race 7A on a W4 course.
There was a protest with William & Mary protesting Christopher Newport Univ. under the Right of Way rule. CNU was DSQ as the result of the protest being upheld.
Sunday's racing saw increased withs of 13 kts sustained, with gusts of up to 20 kts, in a very choppy sea state. On Division A, race 11,
Fordham Univ. requested redress, stating that they were not OCS at the start. The OCS was upheld.
