The Robert P. Arrigan Memorial Regatta is a 9 Team combined division event sailed in FJ's. Judge and Mrs. Arrigan came to watch the races and meet the sailors. 9 Races were sailed in very light and shifty conditions.
Snow and wind chills in the low 20's greeted sailors as they made it to the Washington Sailing Marina. Races were postponed for about an hour until temps rose enough to go sailing. Races 10-18 were sailed in a light and shifty NE wind.
