Saturday: Tough conditions in the morning as a strong Northerly slowly died and with 2+ knots of current only a few races were finished before a long lunch break. After lunch a weak Northerly stuck around for a few more races before a great afternoon of sailing with the sea breeze. In all 20 races were sailed, all courses were W-4's with a windward offset and leeward gates. Many thanks to all the Coast Guard Cadets and Connecticut College students for running great races. The fleets will make the switch to start Sunday with A-div taking over in FJ's and B moving into 420's.
Sunday: Rain and no wind kept the boats on the dock until 1:30 when the E/SE started to tease the fleet. 3 races in each division were sailed in a nice SE breeze that ranged from 4-8 knots once it filled at 2:30. Thanks again to the Coast Guard Cadets and the Connecticut College Students for running a great event. Also thanks to our judge Ted Green who spent all weekend on the water. One protest was heard resulting in a DSQ. Congratulations to Roger Williams for winning the 2010 Thompson Trophy. See you all next year.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
