Great weather on the Charles today but challenging conditions for RC and competitors alike. No wind until 1pm and then a 3-8 knot Southeasterly filled and oscillated between ESE and SSE.
6 races were run in each division. The last race was started at 5:45 and finished just before sunset.
Thanks to judges John Pratt, Annie Hughes, Jonathan Chance, and Lizzy Kaplan for being on the water the whole day and hearing one protest and one request for redress. The protest resulted in a DSQ and the redress was denied.
Thanks to RC help from PRO Joe Fava, Mark Toso, and Ali Keenan. MIT Dockmaster Dan Tucker handled breakdowns ashore.
Forecast for tomorrow is for strong wind all day to decide the championship. Stanford has a 23 point lead over Dartmouth with Yale, Harvard and Cornell close behind.
-Matt Lindblad-Event Chair Cucchiaro Family Director of Sailing
The 14 race series was completed with 8 races per division sailed in a strong Northeasterly wind ranging from 10-22 knots.
Stanford held on to the lead and Harvard moved up to take second with Dartmouth in third.
Huge thanks to judges John Pratt, Jonathan Chance, and Zach Shapiro for being on the water the whole day and hearing one protest, one request for redress, and one reopened hearing. The protest resulted in a DSQ, the redress was denied and the reopened hearing did not change the outcome of the original decision.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
