The day started with an on land postponement due to their being no wind at Mission Bay. After a brief wait, a light northerly filled in and sailors were sent out to complete two races in 4 knots of wind. As the wind died, sailors were sent in for lunch on land. During lunch, the wind filled back in from the northwest at 6-7 knots, and race committee was able to complete 3 more races before the end of the day. Thank you to Mission Bay Yacht Club for hosting us, Zev Fort for being PRO, and Cheyenne Ozaeta, Ian Johnston, Delaney Johansson, Brendan O'Connor and Jacob Horn for helping out with race committee. We hope for better conditions tomorrow for the Fall Intrasquads Varsity division.
