Summary

Saturday, October 4:

The Thames River greeted the sailors on Saturday with sunny skies and light breeze. After holding on land for a bit, the southerly filled in and the sailors were able to get out sailing for the day. It shifted towards the west throughout the day, with 5-7 knots, dying towards the end of the day leaving us with 4 races in each fleet. We had a short delay as a Submarine floated through our race course. There were a few protests and redress which will be heard tomorrow morning at 9:30am prior to racing. Thank you to our Conn undergrads for running race committee, and assistant coach Charlie Anderson. In addition, thank you to ICSA rep John Mollicone.

Sunday, October 5:

Sunday had a similar start to Saturday, with a light northerly on the Thames. After hearing some protests in the morning, sailors headed out with hopes of getting a set in, but ended up being unable to get a race in before the breeze died. After a bit of on land postponement, the breeze filled in from the South with about 4-8 knots around 12:30pm, allowing sailors to get 3 races in each division, which finished off the event with 7 races in each division. Thank you to Conn undergrads, Assistant Coach Charlie Anderson, and ICSA rep John Mollicone for helping run the event!

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
