The morning in Corpus Christi started with the usual blue sky and scattered cumulus inland, wind 6.2 kts from East, and a short chop left over from earlier thunderstorms before dawn. 1st race underway at 1030, on time. Winds required minor course changes as velocity gradually increased to 13 kts by the early afternoon with the chop developing into more established small waves good for surfing and downwind technical sailing. Seven close races were sailed with the competitors staying close to each other. The sailing conditions were ideal but varied from the start to finish of the regatta.
The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
