Sunny skies and warm temperatures greeted seven SAISA Women's Teams at Lake Virginia in Winter Park, Florida. A and B divisions raced in a combined division format and completed ten races in a northerly breeze that danced to the northeast towards the end of the day. One W5 race was run, with the remaining races being W3 and W4, which averaged sixteen minutes in length. Breeze velocity read 5-11 knot winds with large shifts from both sides of the course. The College of Charleston dominated the day, winning six races. The Rollins Tars home team sits comfortably in second, with the NC State Wolfpack rounding out the podium.
Four races are on deck for tomorrow with tight standings between the next three teams: USF, Miami, and Auburn.
Another light and shifty north easterly five to ten knots. Four races were completed on the day, each roughly fifteen minutes in length. No changes on the podium, but a strong performance from Auburn floats the Tigers to fourth.
