Day 1 of the 2025 MCSA Fall Championship regatta was a success, with strong wind all day and quick races. A Fleet completed 10 races, and B Fleet completed 8 races. Tomorrow, B Fleet will start with races 9 and 10.
RC did a fantastic job running fair and efficient races. Rotations were quick, and everyone had fun sailing in heavy wind!
8:30 report time tomorrow, and no A Fleet races started after 3:00.
We started the day by finishing the Round Robin in B Fleet, and got in races 11 and 12 in A Fleet. As the breeze grew, we got one more race in for B Fleet, and called racing for the day.
Thank you so much to all staff and volunteers at SYSC for making this regatta a success! Congrats to all teams who competed!
