SE Winds 10-12kts-W4-4 Races Sailed Race 1 had KP coming out fast and winning. Followed by NY Maritime and Maine Maritime. Race 2 was won by URI followed by Maine (took a scoring penalty) and then Navy. Race 3 was won by Navy, followed by Maine Maritime and URI. Race 4 was won by Navy followed by KP and the Cougars. Four great races in perfect conditions.
SE Winds, 15-25kts with some higher gusts. Sunday turned out to be a beautiful day and a great day for Navy Sailing. Three more races were contested and all three were raced using spinnakers which made for some great spectating! Navy won all three races, with KP holding on to 2nd with a 5, 3, 4 and Maine Maritime rounding out the podium with a 4, RDG, 7. Thanks for everyone one who came and enjoyed two days of great racing. We are currently sending out Kennedy Cup Invites and the final field should be set by tomorrow Thursday 10/23.
