Fourteen teams arrived for the USF Trophy. The day began with overcast skies and a very light 3-6 knot easterly, so the course was set inside Bayboro Harbor. Three A races and three B races, all W4's, were completed by 1pm, with an average length of 14 minutes.
As the sun broke through, the wind became increasingly fickle. A final one and one set was sailed, giving each division 4 races for the day.
Jacksonville dominated the event with the Dolphins and Fins finishing 1-2 and Eckerd capturing 3rd. No protests filed, no breakdowns requested.
