Summary

Saturday, October 5:

The Thames River greeted the sailors on Saturday with sunny skies and breeze from the north. It built throughout the morning ranging 4-10 knots, and proceeded to die towards the end of the day, leaving us with 9 races sailed in C and B divisions, and 6 in A division. There was one redress due to a breakdown, and no protests heard. Thank you to our Conn undergrads for running race committee, and Will Price for being our chief judge. In addition, thank you to ICSA rep Bill Healey from Yale, and PRO Harris Padegs '23.

Sunday, October 6:

Sailors were greeted with breeze from the north again, starting off lighter with 4-6 knots for another set in A division. The wind died around noon, and then filled in with 7-12 knots from the south allowing race committee to finish up the A division set and complete a total of 10 races in each division. Another great weekend of racing on the Thames River!

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
