Today’s regatta got underway on time at 10 AM with a light 4 to 6 knot Southerly.
Unfortunately, as the morning progressed the breeze tapered. By the finish of race 3 the breeze was barely raceable. After a lengthy delay, the decision was made to conclude the Regatta after race 3.
A big thank you to the University of Texas Sailing Team and Austin Yacht Club and its volunteers for helping host this event.
Congratulations to Matheo Capasso from the Tulane Green Wave for being the 2024 single-handed conference champion..
