After a short delay on land for the sea breeze to fill in racing began around 1100. First couple races were in 3.5-5knts of breeze and flat water. The sea breeze continued to build to at steady 7-9knts with regular shifts. After a break between races 5 and 6 the wind had built to a steady 9-11knts with some gusts up to 13knts and light chop. At the finish of race nine it was decided to head in for a storm potentially heading to our location. On land the regatta was concluded at 9 races to allow the Open regatta to begin in the late afternoon. All races had a target of 20 minutes with some being slightly longer or shorter. No protests filed, minimal recalls, and tight racing all day. Many overlaps at finishes.
