The Saturday of the PCCSC Single-Handed Championship was a thrilling day of sailing marked by near-perfect conditions. With the wind blowing steadily at 8-15 knots from the south, sailors were treated to an ideal sailing breeze. The day was characterized by intense competition as college sailors from various schools showcased their skills in singlehanded racing. There were 9 competitive races run, with multiple lead changes over the course of the day.
The wind on Sunday struggled to fill in, and the fleet spent the morning on wind delay until the wind sputtered out and racing was called off at 12:30pm.
