At 09:30, Wentworth and Bentley were greeted by smiling Bates sailors and two dozen freshly made and still-warm Wallingford’s apple cider donuts. After a short competitors’ meeting, racing began in light air, which built to 8-10 knots out of the west by late morning. We completed two sets of W4s before a break for lunch, and teams were back on the water by 14:00 to complete one more set. The breeze built to 11-12 knots in the early afternoon but remained very shifty.
Thank you to PRO Peter Garcia, Judi Andrews, and Coach Jared Reineck for helping run a fair and fun event, and thank you to Bates Sailing Maintenance Chair Ryan Standaert ‘24 for helping with scoring!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
