The morning started with a beautiful fall Maine day. A light northeasterly breeze created shifty and challenging conditions. While each fleet took a lunch break the race committee moved the entire course. The sailors returned to more breeze and significantly more current. All 10 races were completed along with bonus starting practice after multiple general recalls.
Thank you to Chester Jacobs '17 for keeping the course square and Kevin Elk '20 for keeping the starts on schedule.
After a few hours on shore and debating about racing in a debatable 3 knots, an easterly breeze filled in at 6 knots. Sailors returned to the cove for W4s.
Thank you to Louis Frumer '18 for conversing with wind gods and getting the marks sorted. Thank you to Ali Blumenthal for serving as NEISA Rep. Also, thank you to all the Bowdoin undergraduates who spent part of their fall break as shore crew or race committee.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
