18 Sailors competed over 10 races today on an overcast and rainy day at Kings Point. Winds were ENE-NE 10-12kts in the morning, increasing to 14-18kts from the NNE and a stiff chop in the afternoon. Despite the fair current all afternoon, there was only one General Recall, and three individual recalls, resulting in two OCS scores. Three out of five breakdown requests were granted and there were no protests. Thank you to the KP midshipmen who gave up their day to run races, and to our visiting coaches for helping with some breakdowns. -Rick Dominique
The final four races were held in NNE winds of 10-14kts under overcast skies and light rain. All courses were W-L, 4 legs with a leeward gate. There were three boats called over early, resulting in one OCS. There was one breakdown filed and awarded. Thank you to the USMMA midshipmen for giving of their time to run this event in less than enjoyable weather. Very special thanks to our visiting coaches Scott, KJ, Dan and Zach for their assistance towing two boats for breakdown repair and in hearing the requests for breakdown point.
Congratulations and best of luck to our six qualifiers: Charles Carraway (HWS), Carrson Pearce (KP), Robert Juhasz (QU), Ben Rizika (COR), Jake Vickers (HWS) and Matti Muru (QU).

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
